Project Scope

The Stingrays Social project involved the build-out of a 12,000-square-foot indoor sports and entertainment venue in Grace Bay, designed to bring together hospitality, recreation, and large-format viewing within one fully air-conditioned environment. The work centered on shaping a multi-use interior that could support food and beverage service, social gaming zones, private events, and high-traffic guest circulation in a single destination.

  • Interior build-out of a 12,000 sq. ft. sports and entertainment venue in Regent Village Plaza
  • Integration of four Full Swing golf simulators
  • Installation of three duckpin bowling lanes by Brunswick
  • Integration of two interactive smart dart lanes
  • Dedicated billiards, shuffleboard, and arcade gaming areas
  • Mounting and integration of two 180-inch LED HDR screens for major sports viewing
  • Bar, kitchen, dining, and event-ready gathering areas planned within one indoor venue footprint

Stingrays Social

Stingrays Social is the first indoor sports and entertainment bar of its kind in Turks & Caicos, located in the center of Grace Bay. Covering 12,000 square feet of fully air-conditioned space, the venue brings together modern entertainment, food, and drinks in one lively setting for tourists, locals, and expats.

Set in Regent Village Plaza next to The Ritz-Carlton, Stingrays Social brings sports simulators, interactive games, and a full-service bar and kitchen into one year-round destination built for groups, casual outings, and social events.
